Not able to withdraw money

Why I am not able to withdraw my money from upwork account ? I have talked to **Edited for Community Guidelines** (my upwork client) and he has denied that he didn't receive the money back . We had worked hard for his project and should deserve the money he sent . He paid the amount to us then how come his bank get the money back . I don't understand. Please resolve this issue and help me getting my hard earned money back. Thanks
