What is the logic behind that process/policy? Quite frankly, you will see that ansleyRDgroup, my company on odesk, is rated in the top 10% of all odesk per award we received a couple of months ago. This "design" (me as the agency owner, not being able to message my freelancers within my agency) is not functional, presents a poor user experience, and goes against the core of oDesk desiring to facilitate and change the way people work!
Imagine, you hire people...they show up to work...you pay them...but you cannot talk to them inside the building they work in! This is so utterly frustrating that it makes we begin to evaluate other solutions...this transalates into lost revenue for oDesk!
Not cool oDesk...not cool!
