Not billed according to current billing cycle and didn't get the connects

I have a question about the billing cycle, which for my is “Current Billing Cycle Aug 19, 2020 — Sep 18, 2020”. Today is Sep 19, 2020 and I didn’t receive my connects and I was bot billed for the next month. My current plan is “Freelancer plus”.

Can you help me on this issue?
