Not even a single client hired

i am applying for as many job i can in my part time not even a single client is hiring.Your paid connects are waste.Please change it to free connects as it was earlier.I am a user having an account for more than 3 years in odesk/upwork also I have already made changes to my profile as suggested by upwork . even though no client is hiring.I had many clients who hired me.Now there is a lot of change.I dont understand is it because of your extra fee on client an freelancers etc,,
