I have been submitting proposals and doing all stuff mentioned by senior Upworkers but still not getting any response. My profile views are Zero. Still struggling...

Any Suggestions?

Tried everything even I am trying to get clients from outside upwork but still no orders from upwork.

I'd recommend switch your time. Not everything is a good time for bidding, you need to analyze market according to your skills set and then select a suitable time frame where (quality) bidders are low and often old projects (not too old) with few bids work as well.
