Not getting clients response

Hi,

I am Top Rated freelancer with a 100% success rate. But after becoming Top Rated now I am struggling to find new clients. On my profile, there are 1-2 views that come weekly. I change my bidding strategy, change the profile title/description but still, I am not getting projects. What should I do?
