Not getting enough projects

Hi
What to do guys do to get more work when you are a top rated or top rated plus member? I'm a top rated plus member but still not getting projects on regular basis.
I would really appreciate if you guys can guide me on how to win more projects or how do you do?

Bid on jobs on which I know, and can persuade the prospects, that I can deliver the best available service. When I get those jobs, deliver that service.
