Not getting hired

Hi! I am not getting hired at all even I am sending the wonderful cover letters to each of the clients whom I find relevant for my profile. I have also got the "Rising Talent" badge on my profile and sending ample of proposals every day. But still not getting any response. I need help!

I am not sure which jobs you are applying for but I think your biggest competition are people in India that can offer lower rates than you. Your German sample in your portfolio is quite good but still not at the level of a native speaker therefore you should not offer translations into German.
