Not getting job and possibility of account suspension.

Time and again I see the topic on account getting suspended. I have being trying to get a job for the past three months or so. But almost all agencies neither reply of reject. 

Is there any possibility that my account may get suspended due to not wining a bid.

Not usually, but to be honest, if you are just sending lots of proposals and are never hired, suspending your account would essentially be doing you a favour because you are not being hired anyway. The majority of new freelancers are never hired and there comes a point where it becomes necessary to decide whether it is worth throwing more money and more time at something that clearly isn't working.
