I've been with Upwork as a freelancer for 2 years and I have never had an issue. I completed a project early - submitted 3x now for approval for funds to be withdrawed that are in escrow. No communication on client's part and now I waited the 14 days and I still haven't seen Upwork withdraw the funds. How do I get in contact with a support team? I am a little disappointed that besides not getting paid I have no other way to email or file a complaint.

Every time you submit for approval, you start the 14-day countdown again...
The funds are released 14 days after the last time you submitted for payment.

I have delivered an order for like 18 days ago, and the order is still yet to be marked complete...
Note: The client didn't ask for revision, the submission was once.
