Not getting payment

My Self  pravja more i got a project as simple typing and convert to pdf job then  i will  completed the work but when asked about my salary it is saying that if you want to link your bank account with our bank account then you have to pay 70$ but at the time i got the project that time they will not telling me. so they are not payment me, what i do for it? pls tell me. because i need money.

You violated Upwork's TOS when you agreed to communicate and work off the platform without having a contract in place. That rule is in place for various reasons -- including protecting freelancers from scams. You were scammed. You will not receive any money from the "client" and Upwork can't help you since you violated the terms and conditions. Stay on the platform until a contract is in place. This will protect you from scams. Also, it will protect your account since it can be suspended or banned for such a serious rule violation.

I checked the job post you were referring to and it seems that it's already been taken down because it was in violation of Upwork ToS and action has been taken on the client account. Please note that Upwork does not encourage freelancers to pay any security or registration fees to the client as this may lead to possible fraud. Also, communication outside Upwork is against our Terms of Service as well so I highly suggest that you don't entertain such requests.
