Not getting proposal response after getting Top Rated Badge

I just got the top-rated badge one month ago. After getting a Top-rated badge I am not getting any response to my proposals. Even I upgrade my profile and so all necessary steps.

Please help me Upwork community.

I will sugest you to update your profile skills.

try to look at what skills client are listing on their profile and then try to replace them with your skills people are listing less.
