Not getting response

Hello Everyone,

I am a top-rated graphic designer here on Upwork, I have completed all 18 jobs successfully with outstanding reviews, despite being top-rated I have to give a lot of my time focusing on writing and sending proposals, I waste a lot of hard-earned money on buying connects, again and again, the main reason is It takes more than 15 minutes on each proposal since my English is weak I can not manage to send proposal quickly to be in top 8-10 freelancers, If I send generic proposal it is very obvious to get rejected.

Ps: I want to get hired on long-term contracts so that I do not have to write proposal every time.

Please help me and save my career!
