Not gettng new job !!!

Hello Guys !!!

I am having good experience of more then 6 years building business contact databases through LinkedIn and from other sources, I am always building very good samples and enclosing with each project bid as per their despscription, still I am not getting even a response from any of client, I haven't got much of new projects from any new client since last 6 months or so. Any idea, why it is happending with me or other peoples are facing same issue. I actually I am alone working person in my family and I don't have any income source and my whole family is depend on me.

Please help, if someone can.

With Regards,

Randhir

There's a lot of competition in your field. You just have to keep sending out proposals. Maybe expect a job for every 20 or 30 proposals you send out.

Sir, we are not getting even a single reply after sending 40-50 proposals, wastage of connects as well and those are expensive now as well 😞

Continue to seek gigs through those other sources. You will have less competition to overcome. Upwork has become very popular with freelancers and people who are trying to find work from home gigs due to the pandemic. There are lots more workers than clients.

Also, keeping your earnings private  may be making some clients avoid you. If they use an earnings-based search, you won't appear. And, if they view your profile and see that you have good reviews but hide what you earned, they may wonder why. Upwork is a stranger-to-stranger platform so trust signals like reviews and transparency are important. (Just my opinion)
