Not letting me change paypal email

Hey there!  It's not letting me change my paypal email.  I went in and changed my contact info email and it still won't change the paypal email to the other email address.  It also won't let me remove the payment method.  Help!

Hi Amanda,

May you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re able to click on the three dot icon on the right side of your PayPal account information under your Settings> Get Paid tab, and select the ''Remove'' option. 

Let us know if the issue persists.
