Not qualified message

Hi - 

I'm getting a message that I'm not qualified for a job because of something about being in the US at 5:00?  I don't understand it.  Can someone please explain?

Sometimes clients may choose to include preferred requirements in their job post. If you do not meet these requirements we will let you know, but as long as you are able to submit a proposal the client will be able to see it. I can see you were able to submit a support ticket with our team regarding your concern.
