Not received free connect

Completed the project on 1 june. but I didn't receive a 10 free connects ?
I receive one more offer today and I didn't receive 10 free connects today as well.
Please guide me regarding this.

Connects are automatically added to your account on your billing cycle. I checked your account and it looks like your billing cycle is May 19, 2021 — Jun 18, 2021. As for the bonus Connects for winning an interview, it is automatically added to your account as well. Please allow at least 24 hours for it to be added.
