Please give it a minimum of 4-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) and bear in mind that there is no point contacting Support until at least 8 business days have passed. At that point (no earlier) a trace can be initiated, but in most cases the funds arrive before. Remember that the recent holidays have slowed banking transactions down.
