Not received my Payment

Hi,

I use Direct Local bank transfer, I have released 2 batch of payments one is on 2 Jan 2018, **Edited for Community Guidelines**, Also I recieved a message from upwork that I can expect the delivery by 5th Jan 2018, I am really worried that I have not received the money, Please let me know how to proceed.

Incorrect bank details may cause this kind of delay. Please check that. You can also contact upwork support team to confirm if all is well on their side. If yes then contact your bank staff.

Please give it a minimum of 4-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) and bear in mind that there is no point contacting Support until at least 8 business days have passed. At that point (no earlier) a trace can be initiated, but in most cases the funds arrive before. Remember that the recent holidays have slowed banking transactions down.

Due to the holiday season, there are banking transactions that experienced delays. Please allow a few more days as mentioned by Petra. Let us know if you need further assistance.
