Not receiving any help

Hello,

Yesterday I posted asking for help with my friend's account and no help seems to be coming through. His account was suspended after a contract under unknown circumstances and he opened a ticket then it was closed without receiving any help and he can no longer access customer support.

He didn't violate any terms as the contract went through smoothly until he got an excellent feedback from the client.

Why isn't anyone helping out please??

 Yes, but you need to make sure you choose "to US bank account" and not Payoneer as the withdrawal method.

Your friend's account status is between your friend and Upwork. Nothing to do with you and certainly nothing to do with this forum.

  Maybe some detail on his profile wasn't strictly true..

Such as location or education history... Some people seem to be "confused" about where they are, where they studied, where they worked, where they went to school... especially when they claim to have done those things at the same time...

Know what I mean?
