Not receiving e-mail messages

I've downloaded the mobile app, not sure what's wrong, but it doesn't send me instant notifications for messages and job invitations, I decided to use upwork messages on my e-mail to notify me with any messgae sor job invitaions as mobile E-mail Ap  pushes messgaes on almost real time, but unfortunately I didn't receive any messages on my e-mail when someone send me offers, invitations or messages.

If you could guide me to corrective actions from my side or from your support team if needed.
