Not receiving notifications on my Email

As the title says, I'm not receiving notifications of new messages from clients on Upwork on my email since June 21, 2019. I'm not either receiving notifications on new contracts, payments, milestones, etc.
I already checked the Upwork settings and all notifications are active, and my email account has no filters for upwork, neither these missing emails are located in the Spam Folder.
It seems like an Upwork error. How can this be solved?
