Not receiving payments

I've done several jobs on Upwork and I haven't received any of the payments yet. How do I get paid?

There are two possibilities:

a) You are using Upwork incorrectly. It is your fault that you are not getting paid.

[or]

b) You ARE getting paid, but you don't understand how to view your payment.

When you look on the right page, do you see your earnings?

I checked, and it looks like you have submitted a support ticket to our team already. One of our agents will update your ticket to assist you further. I also checked and currently, you have pending payments in your Transaction History.  Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. Please check this help article to learn more about getting paid on Upwork.
