Not replying to my ticket

I submitted a ticket in response to the message that location verification is unauthenticated, but I have yet to receive a response, and it has been over 3 days. Please help me investigate this; it is critical. And, once again, rising talent was immediately removed from my account hold. This is becoming increasingly frustrating for me.
