One quick question: I am Top Rated freelancer on Upwork, and I am pretty busy working with my clients, so I do not send any new proposals anymore. I changed my availability to less than 30 hours per week. In terms of sending proposals, my profile is pretty inactive, but in terms of earnings, my profile is pretty active! 🙂 So, could that be a potential problem? I mean, should I switch my profile to private or I can leave it like this...?
