No suspension or any kind of notices of emails form UW customer service
Can still send proposals but can to send out or receive messages with exception for the currenly active orders
I says "my name" blocked "my name" for all messages

I checked and can confirm that there's no restriction on your account. You should be able to submit proposals as normal. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies or use a different browser?
