Not sure what to do with order !! HELP !

I just finished an milestone fixed project order and submitted delivery and ended contract and gave client a private feedback. Now its showing like this in the screenshot i sent. (Project price - $5.00,,,In escrow - 0.00 ,, Milestones paid - 0.00,, Milestones remaining (1) - 5.00 ,. Total earnings - 0.00 ). Did i done anything wrong or do i need to ask the client to accept the delivery?

I don't know.
Used to be that it wont (unpaid/refunded contract doesn't go into JSS). But, that was ages ago, I don't know JSS rules of today. Probably won't..?

Don't care. You, yourself - try not to care about this one. Happened, ouch.
Most good freelancers on UpWork went down in JSS, but they got back up to have amazing stats. One fluke is manageable.

Looks like it wasn't (funded and activated by your client).

In short (IF I'm correct) - you've lost there. Both your time and potential earnings.

When hired on fixed price contract, you need to make sure client has done those two things (to fund milestone and to activate it). I assume you felt comfortable once the contract was in place; on fixed price contracts this funding thingy needs to be done also.

You can contact your client to fix this, let them know what happened.

it all looking like this now

You
ended the contract
Feb 15
You submitted milestone Looking to help with my Shopify site for   approval
Feb 15
activated milestone Looking to help with my Shopify sitefor $5.00
Feb 15
You accepted  'soffer for a $5.00 fixed-price project

Check you "In Escrow" tab.
Actually, check your "Pending" tab - since you've sent for approval (correctly so from your end), there should be $5. If there is not..

..Does look like the client never sent money for this milestone.
I could be wrong, though..

it is looking like this after I submitted the delivery and gave him the review, it was a private review though, there was not a public review

In Escrow is 0. That suggests that client never funded the milestone.

You can send them a polite message explaining what has happened. It's probable that they won't care, but you can try.

So what should i exactly write to them? So that they can easily understand what to do? He seems quite new like me ๐Ÿ˜“

As ALWAYS, communicate with your client as YOU would. Don't have a script for this occasion.

In general sense, let them know a mistake was made (yours, theirs, mine, does it matter?), explain that you've done work for a milestone which wasn't funded.

If you have done work under unfunded milestone - it's your mistake. NOT attacking you, only stating what has happened. IF your client has any value, they will sort this out for you with ease. If they don't.. Accept and move on.

They can hire you again and send you payment through that new contract.

New contract can be named "New Contract". Doesn't matter.

All they (client) need to do is to send you payment you've agreed upon. You've closed contract, so - they need to hire you again.

Can they still put that $5 amount in escrow in my submitted order and accept my delivery if i ask them? Or do they need to maka new contract or i can send them new contract for that order?

Once the contract is closed, new one is needed.

They can click on your name, drop down list (or new page in browser) will give them option to hire you (send you new job offer), you'll accept and all is good.

Okay , one last question -

will that last ended contract affect my impression or ratings or anything on my profile as i got nothing from there?
