Notice: Change to your Upwork profile status - Resume earning to reset your profile

Hi everyone,

 

I don't know where to start... just got a mail from Upwork now about me working outside Upwork (which is absolutely not true, I am still trying to get clients and work, but never managed to do so). I am out of words, honestly. Can anyone explain me how to contact them, they changed my profile to private "until I am ready to start taking on new jobs", seriously Upwork ?

 

I can't afford buying connects so I only use my 10 free connects per months to apply for jobs. I spent days and sometimes a month, trying to secure a job using the plateform. I have seen a lot of complains about how this plateform has changed but didn't expect something like this.

 

By the way, if you guys can have a look at my profile and give me some advices please about my profile or how to land my first job here, I would appreciate it.
