Notifications Management

I think it would be really helpful if we could get some more advanced notifications management. At the moment my notifications panel is constantly showing new notifications and the list is just full of closed/finished proposals or unsuccesful proposals. Could we get some basic rules such as automatically clear notifications after a certain period of time or simply to choose which things we receive notifications for?

I think this would be a good addition.
