Seems Email notifications are really heading to the loo. Just found out my Profile is Deactivated because of some problem with my profile. Got no email notification nor an Alert that I have a pending ticket. Only to find out its already in my closed and resolve ticket folder.
My question was how did it get to the Closed and Resolve box without getting into my pending ticket folder and it was supposedly created just yesterday July 23,2014....
And support recommended that I post this problem here. So here I am.
Note: Already made the corrections and reopened my ticket. Really s@#ks.
