Novice question: customer disappeared, job not paid

Hello, I'm novice on Upwork. Was doing my first _hourly_ job. Jo is done, time check application stopped. Customer started to check results but disappeared already for 3 days. Is there any way to complete the job and get my payment  ?

Hi Irakli, 

As long as the hours are tracked using the desktop tracker and are not added manually plus the client is payment verified, you will receive your payment as scheduled.

It does not matter if the customer "disappears."

We get paid automatically.
