Hi,
I have been dealing with the "Support" all day long today and still theyhave not solved my problem. When I try to upgrade in order to get more connects I get this error message
The request could not be completed. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support.
This has been going on for 2 days already. Besides not having solved the problem, inbetwean I got a response "we have you problem that you cannot log in ....." the support used to be great, wonder what happened. It is near 0pm here now and I've had 12 hours of dealing with support just today and no results
