OMG! Is Upwork unable to resolve its members' issues anymore?!

Hello there, 

 

I'm having this issue with my account being resticted. As you can see from the picture I've exhanged emails back and for with Upwork staff through chat, but my issue didn't make it through all their departments. 

 

So, I first opened an Upwork account with that email **Edited for Community Guidelines**, but I was rejected, I guess because I used my friend's phone number that he had already linked to his Upwork account. (I then updated it with my phone number, hoping the issues would be resolved, which it didn't, but it caused this account to be suspended.)
 
So, I decided to open another Upwork account, with a new email address. 
 
I put my phone number, and then I got accepted! (You even let me submit one proposal, before suspending this account too!)
 
Now, here we are. I want to delete the other account completely, and keep only this one if possible. (I've already removed all the details that link me to that account.)
 
Thanks for your time and help. (I did verify my identity once but the issue wasn't resolved).
