Odd Personalised Job Requests

I keep seeing jobs posted here on Upwork which appear to be targeted to a particular person. they read Like:

Hello Jason

I am looking for a pink cat painting...... Details, incl indications of friendliness

Abby

Now easy to think that someone's poor at posting but it is happening pretty well daily in my narrow Music job search which old Occam would say seems to preclude chance as the rational cause.

Are these simply really lazy resellers who can't be bothered hiding that they are passing this job down the slippery slope of slovenliness. Or is this some special sauce scam?

It's simply clients thinking they they are doing an invite and forgetting to change it to "Invite only", or they have already invited someone and that didn't work out, so they set it to public and forgot to edit out the name.
