Hi there, I just had a question for the Odesk tech team, does the Odesk team app require you to be connected to the internet to log worked hours? Or does it hold onto that information while offline until you go online again? ____ I'm asking this because I have a fairly stingy internet usage plan, and I don't want to be on the internet just to log hours. Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your question. If you go offline for less than two hours while tracking your time, the Team App will be caсhing data until the connection is re-established and there is a possibility to upload caсhed data. See more information here. You can also consider some other ways to bill your client for work you do offline of off your computer, such as Manual time or bonuses. However, keep in mind that these methods are not covered by the oDesk Guarantee. I hope it helps!
