Hi guys,
Just right now I faced the following issue:
I've got an agreement with the client for work and he sent me the contract (offer), I've clicked there, but was not able to accept that, as half of the page was loading forever.
I tried to reload the page, tried to access that page from another page (not from messages, but from Find Work), tried to reload the browser, and even tried incognito mode. Forever loading page - http://prntscr.com/taefvs
All didn't help.
After my 30 minutes try on it, the client withdrew the offer for reason - freelancer stopped responding.
Who should take responsibility here?
I think UpWork needs to help me here.

I did, it didn't help.
But client already hired another guy, what should I do in that case?
As it seems upwork system bugged
