How do I send the same offer to the same customer for a new contract?

You can use current messages room to agree hiring from profile. No invites\offers needed then.

I checked the message room but couldn't find anything on how to do it

Your client will need to send you a new offer if the previous one has expired. You can share this article with them if they are having trouble finding the option or recommend that they Contact Support for assistance.
