I got an email that says
[my contract] was temporarily suspended due to a client payment issue. Until the client resolves this issue you will be unable to log time to their contract. You will be notified as soon as the problem is resolved.
However the client fully paid me at the time of the job and there was no issue. Can I end it by clicking the 'End Contract' option, and is it effecting my entire accound?

If the milestone was released and work was completed you can end the contract from your side, but i suggest you to wait for the client to get responsive.
