Once again, I have not received my monthly connects.

My month always starts on the first of the month. Isn't that when I get billed for the month and also get the connects for the month?

I did receive my monthly connects this morning (Feb 3) and was also charged the monthly fee. Since my month starts on the first of the month, why the delay?

You could pretend your month starts on the 3rd and that way, it'll all happen early sometimes.
