One of my portfolios forever "in review"

hello fellow upworkers!

One of my portfolios has been "in review"  for many days, after uploading one of my photos to it.

How do I get this resolved? My clients can't see my portfolio

Thanks in advance

Hi John,

When you add a portfolio to your profile and link it to a contract on Upwork, your client will have three days to review and decline the request before it becomes available in your profile's portfolio section. If your client doesn't decline the request within three days, your portfolio should be listed in this section of your profile. If it has been more than three days, please let us know so that our team can look into this further.

Hi, Thanks a lot for the quick response

There has been a misunderstanding since I'm new to the site. I've linked a
main portfolio to a previous work in Upwork that's not the exact portfolio
I wanted to link. So, I think there will be no response to that from my
client.

Could we unlink that main portfolio from that previous work? So it will
remain like a main portfolio for Logo designs. (if possible)

I appreciate the help, and sorry for the inconvenience.

By the way, Upwork is phenomenal

Hi John,

Just to confirm, you would like to remove the linked job on your portfolio item? If yes, you can do this by hovering over the portfolio item > click on the pencil case to edit your portfolio. Thank you.

And while at it you could also remove the link to your tattoo page on IG since that contains contact information.
Interesting singing voice though.

Thanks, you resolved it.

Sure I will remove the link.

There's no way to share my tattoo page and my website page?

Not if it contains contact information.
Just create a new portfolio item with the photos.

A new portfolio with the tattoo photos

with or without the tattoo URL?

Just want to do it correctly

Hi John,

Just to clarify, if your portfolio website/page has contact information you`re not allowed to share it on your profile. But, you can share it in your proposals and via messages.
Since you have your contact information, you will not be allowed to add the URL to your portfolio team. Hope that this clears up the confusion, thank you.

If the URL leads to a website with contact information, then without URL.

Hi again

I received the following email, and I'm wondering if you could help me
switching to public again. I already removed the Instagram link from my
profile so I suppose there is no contact information left on it. Could you
help me please?
