Ongoing contract closed by freelancer, how can client leave feedback!

I've recently encouraged a client to close an ongoing contract due to no activity for 3 months. We've agreed to leave each other positive feedback.

I closed the contract yesterday and left good feedback. The client wants to leave me positive feedback as well. The project though is already posted in my profile, with no client feedback.

How can I direct him to leave his feedback?

Your client should go to the contract and then click on "Terms and Settings."

There he can leave feedback. It would have been better if you had let the client close the feedback, then you would have been guaranteed feedback.

Yes, I see that now. Since it was my idea to close, I wanted to make it easy for the client. I seem to have a lot of "no feedback given" on my profile and felt it would be beneficial for my rating.
