Online status not showing on app at all, after several tries

Good day UW, 

Thank you so much for this opportunity.

I have an issue; whenever I am on the app, my online status remains as it is (Offline). There has not been any change in "my online presence whenever I use the app. This is consistent despite re-installing the app several times...

I really need help.

Site browsing set online for sure. I refreshing it to keep online.

Not worth thinking about.

It is useful. Some regular clients pinging me for emergency tasks when see online.

Check from other browser or did you check through app?

Yes, I only have the issue with the App. The desktop version and mobile browser version shows Online status appropriately.
