Oops... Accidentally Used My Pen Name for Stuff

Hello, support! The chatbot told me I needed to post here, so I hope that's right. 

I joined Upwork back in 2017, but am just now building my profile and everything.  

I didn't know that I couldn't use my pen name in the information, and now I'm in a pickle. I need my name and username changed. Please help me!
