Oops! Username is incorrect

Hello,
My friend with user ID **Edited for Community Guidelines**, getting "username is incorrect" message while login. He is not able to login through email also.
As he is working on projects, this issue needs to be solved as soon as possible to keep track of client communications.
Could you please help.?
