Open contract adversely affected my JSS!?

my understanding is that that an open contract that is not producing income
will begin to affect your jss after 30 days.

That has been changed a while ago. Open contracts no longer affect the JSS in a negative way.

I have at least 18 such contracts and my JSS is 100% as usual.

So your understanding is a misunderstanding Smiley Wink

It hasn't been changed. It never happend in the first place. Contracts with nothing EVER paid for over 2 months could. Contracts that had funds paid didn't.
