Hello.
I need some advice.
I have several open contracts (work was completed, clients were satisfied with the results and paid for the work, but did not close the contracts).
Some of these open contracts last for several years.
As far as I know I can close the contracts myself, but I met recommendations that it is desirable that the client closes the contract.
As far as I understand, the client can leave a feedback when closing the contract.
However, since quite a lot of time has passed, the client may not respond to my message.
What would you advise me to do? Should I write to clients asking them to close the contracts?

Try contacting your clients before closing the contracts. Don't close them all at once.
