Option in buying connect

I'm buying additional connects. I just withdraw the amount from escrow, and I forgot to keep some amounts in order to buy new connects. However, I still have a pending ongoing payment transactions to be transfer to my account after 2 days.

In my opinion, I should be able to buy additional connects as credit (-) , even my account is 0, since I have pending a payment transactions. Upwork should consider this to freelancers.
