Hi, 

There is no surety to getting an order on the project, eventually. Especially for new freelancers is hard to get orders.

I can suggest that you send proposals to get hired and earn money and maintain good feedback.

Typing, formatting, file conversion... I am afraid that probably these "skills" are getting you nowhere on Upwork. There are countless freelancers offering the same services, and most of them surely do not charge 25 USD/hour.

Beware of scammers, too.
