Other payments and adjustments

Hey , 

I am new to the upwork working experince , I've got a job with a client and he paied me 230$

now in pending section I only see  $184 and in Other payments and adjustments there is an amount of 46$, I just want to understand are those upwork fees and if so why 46$ that will be too much

Since it appears that the last job you had was 6 years ago, you may want to reacquaint yourself with the many changes that Upwork has implemented since then.

The amount you see is correct - Upwork now takes a 20% fee. There's lots more changes, but I suggest that you look at the official Upwork announcement posts to get up to speed.
