Hello dear help center,
My number of connects has not been updated this month. I am still using those of last month. Can you please have a look and tell me why? I am soon runing out of connects, 4 left.

That means your billing cycle has not ended yet.
Go to your Settings > Memberships and Connects, and scroll down to see your billing cycle. You get new Connects on the first day of the new billing cycle, not the last day of the old one.
